Shipping & Returns
- We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world! Return labels are automatically provided within 2 hours of purchase. Once a label is provided, you must ship your Parfait wig to us within 5 business days otherwise your service order will be cancelled.
- Once we receive your wig, expect 3-5 business days for service completion and processing.
- You can choose from our standard 3-day shipping timeline or upgrade to 2-day shipping for return delivery to you.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your serviced wig ships back to you.
- We offer free adjustments on all serviced units. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your serviced wig back. If there are any issues with our service work, send it back to us, and we'll fix it and return it for free!
- Please note: No returns are allowed on wig services - all sales are final.
